Jim and his son came out on New Year's Eve and flushed our hot water heater. When that didn't fix the issue, he came back the next day to figure it out. Fantastic service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Jim and his Sons did a great job with our tankless water heater replacement and garbage disposal replacement. Ethan is an exceptional plumber, very professional, and has fantastic people skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jim or Ethan in the future for any other plumbing issues. They were able to get me in next day (I called on a Friday at 2 PM) and genuinely cared about getting our repair completed in a timely manner.

After a bad homeowner plumbing mishap with a hot water heater, I called Jim the Plumber on Black Friday. Never used his business before. He came out within an hour and fixed the plumbing issue. Very professional and did a great job. We will use him again and totally recommend him.
